By using Mood at mood.lasagna.pizza, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mood is a personal mood tracking application. It lets you record how you feel, view patterns over time, and optionally sync data across devices with a free account. The service is provided as-is, free of charge.
You own your mood entries, checks, and profile data. By syncing to the cloud you grant us a limited license to store and transmit that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any other rights over your content.
You may not use Mood to:
Mood is a personal project. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or data durability. Cloud sync is provided as a convenience — keep local backups of data you cannot afford to lose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
The service is free. We reserve the right to introduce limits on data storage or API usage in the future. If we do, existing users will be notified in advance.
You can stop using Mood at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing mood@lasagna.pizza. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Mood is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mood, including data loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, where the operator is based. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City.
We may update these terms. The updated date above will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
