Chat with AI

The Chat with AI feature gives Claude or ChatGPT temporary, read-only access to your mood data, so you can ask questions about your patterns in natural language.

How it works

1. Enable Chat with AI in the Account page
2. Tap Claude or ChatGPT
3. The app generates a short-lived access token and opens your chosen AI with a pre-filled prompt
4. The prompt includes your recent mood data and a read-only link so the AI can answer questions about it
5. Send the message to start the conversation

Nothing is shared until you actually send the message in the AI app.

Access expiry

The access token expires after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you pause a conversation and return after 15 minutes, re-launch from the Mood account page to get a fresh token.

Each launch revokes the previous token and creates a new one.

Copy prompt

If you prefer to use a different AI, tap Copy prompt to copy the full prompt text (including the access token) to your clipboard. Paste it into any AI assistant.

Privacy

The access token is read-only and time-limited. It cannot be used to modify or delete your data. Once it expires, the link stops working entirely.
